What's your motivation in taking part to this TC (Training Course)?

I would like to encourage more entrepreneurship, young entrepreneurs, start ups in my current position, to support their activities, to help and motivate. To educate or share with them our professional knowledge.

What are your main expectations regarding your participation in this training course? How do you envisage to incorporate what you have learnt during the TC in your work?

Learn what are the main obstacles for young people to start their own business, how we can support young entrepreneurs, which knowledge they need, which resources. What is the right motivation.

Please describe your knowledge and experience on entrepreneurship.

I have never run my own business, but my father and sister developed their own companies since the very beginning. I can only admire their courage. I have experience from corporate businesses and NGO.
